Fees are currently £45.00 Initial session /on-going counselling sessions. Sessions after 6 pm £50.00 payable on the day. Fees are negotiable and may vary between therapists. Some concessions are available. Please ask. Reduced fees are also offered to HM Armed Forces and NHS staff

Yes counselling involves an emotional financial and time commitment. It is important to consider whether you feel that you can benefit from the services we offer

Yes confidentiality is fundamental to the practise of counselling. Counsellor client confidentiality may be compromised where there is a real risk of you posing serious harm to yourself or others

We can arrange a time to meet as soon as you contact us. We offer daytime and evening appointments

We reserve the right to charge a fee for less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation
